Manor Park, Runcorn | £13.00 per hour, increasing to £14.00 per hour after 12 weeks when permanent | 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm | Temporary to Permanent | Immediate Starts Available
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for experienced Production Operatives to join our client based in Manor Park, Runcorn on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

What We Offer
£13.00 per hour, increasing to £14.00 per hour after 12 weeks when the role becomes permanent.
37.5 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm working hours.
Two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Key Duties / Key Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly of products to a high standard.
Prepare work by studying assembly instructions and parts lists, and gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools and materials.
Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
Verify specifications by measuring completed components.
Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturers' instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions and reporting repairs.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Contribute to team objectives and support colleagues as required.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating requirements, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipts.
Record work carried out on production and quality forms.
Requirements
Essential
Experience working in an assembly or production environment.
Experience using hand tools.
Understanding of basic electronics and fault-finding skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work.
Ability to ensure products are finished to a high standard.
Dexterity to work with small wiring components.
Ability to lift up to 20kg on occasion.
Excellent attention to detail.
Computer skills.
