Gloucestershire | £18 per hour PAYE / £21 per hour Umbrella PAYE | Monday-Friday, 6:30am start until finish | Ongoing

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Class 2 Tipper Driver on behalf of a leading company in the construction and infrastructure sector.

You will be responsible for delivering and collecting materials, signage and barriers from operational sites, supporting teams across a variety of schemes. You must be confident operating a tipper vehicle and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent weekday work, with the potential for permanent employment.

What We Offer

  • £18 per hour PAYE or £21 per hour Umbrella PAYE.

  • A minimum of 8 hours' pay guaranteed each day.

  • Monday to Friday working, with a 6:30am start.

  • Ongoing, consistent work.

Key Duties

  • Deliver and collect materials, signage and barriers from operational teams and construction sites.

  • Operate a Class 2 tipper vehicle safely and efficiently.

  • Plan, monitor and respond to work requests effectively.

  • Support operational teams across various construction and infrastructure schemes.

  • Follow safe working practices, site procedures and relevant regulations.

  • Ensure all duties are completed professionally and safely.

Requirements

  • A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.

  • Previous tipper driving experience.

  • Experience working in construction or infrastructure environments.

  • Good knowledge of safe working practices and site regulations.

  • A reliable and professional approach to work.

Pay & Hours

  • PAYE rate: £18 per hour.

  • Umbrella PAYE rate: £21 per hour.

  • Guaranteed pay: Minimum of 8 hours per day.

  • Working days: Monday to Friday.

  • Start time: 6:30am, working until finish.

  • Contract: Ongoing.
