Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Machine Operatives to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company in Bridgwater.

As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to high-quality standards.

What We Offer

Starting pay of £14.06 per hour.
Pay increase to £16.71 per hour once fully trained.

Key Duties

Operate machinery within a busy manufacturing environment.
Pack products accurately and efficiently.
Learn to operate a variety of production equipment.
Carry out quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organised working area.
Work as part of a team to achieve production targets.

Requirements

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliability and commitment to working rotating day and night shifts.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Commitment to quality and safe working practices.
Previous manufacturing, production or machine-operating experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Shift Pattern

4 on, 4 off rotating shifts:

2 day shifts: 6:45am-6:45pm.
2 night shifts: 6:45pm-6:45am.
Followed by 4 consecutive days off.
