Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to take ownership of logistics strategy and day-to-day logistics operations on a large construction project.
Working closely with project leadership and the construction, planning, health and safety, lifting and procurement teams, you'll ensure that people, materials, plant and deliveries move safely and efficiently throughout every stage of the project.

You'll lead the site logistics team, manage contractors and build effective relationships with local authorities, neighbouring sites and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a proactive, practical leader who can anticipate operational challenges, develop safe and workable solutions, and adapt logistics arrangements as the project progresses. You'll play an important role in maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and site organisation while supporting the wider team in delivering the project successfully.
