Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Shift Production Operatives / Manufacturing Operatives to join a successful manufacturing business in Dunkeswell, Honiton.

This is a long-term manufacturing opportunity offering £17.50 per hour, a four-day working week and every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off, with a genuine opportunity to move from temporary to permanent employment.

No previous production or manufacturing experience is required, as full training will be provided. Initial training will be completed on day shifts before moving onto the night shift.

What We Offer

Key Duties

• Operate production machinery following full training.

• Carry out general production and manufacturing tasks.

• Follow processes, procedures and work instructions.

• Work towards daily production targets.

• Maintain quality and attention to detail.

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures.

• Keep the production area clean, safe and organised.

• Work as part of a team to ensure production schedules are achieved.

Requirements

• No previous production or manufacturing experience is required, as full training will be provided.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Hardworking and motivated.

• Positive and willing to learn.

• Comfortable working the required night shift pattern.

• Able to follow instructions and procedures.

• Safety-conscious with good attention to detail.

• Happy working as part of a team.

• Own reliable transport is essential due to the location and night shift hours.
