Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an Industrial Labourer on behalf of our client based on the south side of Newport, close to the Leeway Industrial Estate.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering consistent daytime hours. The role involves assisting in the production of hot-pressed steel panels, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

What We Offer

• £12.71 per hour.

• 37.5 hours per week.

• Monday to Friday working pattern with no weekend work.

Key Duties

• Assist with the production of hot-pressed steel panels.

• Carry out physically demanding manual handling tasks throughout the working day.

• Support the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.

Requirements

• Ability to meet the physical demands of an industrial labouring role.

• Previous experience in an industrial or labouring role is preferred but not essential.

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
