Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is working with a market leader in their field to recruit a Showroom Sales Consultant in Brislington, Bristol on a full-time basis. The role is initially temporary, with scope to become permanent for the right candidate.

This is a proactive sales role with a strong focus on lead generation and building your own sales pipeline. You'll be expected to create opportunities through initiative, creativity and consistent effort, rather than relying solely on showroom footfall.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate your own leads through networking, outreach, local partnerships and creative marketing ideas.
• Build and manage a strong personal sales pipeline, rather than relying solely on showroom footfall.
• Deliver a first-class customer experience, guiding clients through the full buying journey.
• Identify new business opportunities and think creatively to drive additional revenue.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across hot tubs, saunas and related products.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally within a consultative or high-value sales environment, such as car sales, furniture sales or hot tub sales.
• Proactive approach to greeting customers and generating business rather than waiting for opportunities.
• Strong communication, rapport-building and closing skills.
• Confidence in creating opportunities through networking, social media and local engagement.
