Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Temporary Administrator to join our client, a well-established supported living provider based in , Thornbury

This is an excellent short-term opportunity for an organised and professional administrator who is available for an immediate start. The initial assignment will be for 1-4 weeks, with the possibility of an extension depending on workload.

What We Offer

£16 per hour.
37.5-40 hours per week.
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Immediate start.
1-4 week temporary assignment.
Possibility of an extension depending on workload.

Key Duties

Support the day-to-day administrative functions within a busy office environment.
Provide excellent front-line customer service and telephone support.
Maintain accurate records.
Handle confidential information appropriately.

Requirements

Strong administrative experience.
Excellent IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Professional telephone manner and customer service skills.
Commitment to confidentiality.
Willingness to undertake Safeguarding Adults Training.
