North Cardiff | £14.57 per Hour | 7am-3:30pm | Monday-Friday | Temporary Ongoing

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Biology Manufacturing Technicians / Assembly Technicians to join a growing life sciences company based in North Cardiff.

Working within a close-knit team, you will support manufacturing and assembly operations in the biology department. The working environment is a lab-like room where high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail are essential due to the nature of the work.

This is a temporary ongoing opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing experience who are looking to work within the life sciences industry.

What We Offer

  • £14.57 per hour.

  • Monday to Friday working pattern.

  • 7am-3:30pm working hours.

  • Temporary ongoing assignment.

Key Duties

  • Manufacture, automatically dispense and pack catalogue and custom products following documented processes.

  • Assemble and package finished goods.

  • Work as part of a team to deliver customer and business requirements.

  • Ensure all records are completed in accordance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) in a timely manner.

  • Maintain good housekeeping standards within the working area and report any safety concerns.

Requirements

  • Previous consistent manufacturing experience is essential.

  • Previous laboratory-based experience is ideal but not essential.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.

  • Ability to work in an organised and logical manner while following procedures.

  • Flexibility to carry out a wide range of tasks and learn new tasks quickly.
