Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is working with a global life sciences company seeking Cleanroom Production Operatives on a full-time basis in Cardiff (CF14).

This position is initially expected to run for three months and could continue beyond this for the right candidates.

What We Offer

• £14.54 per hour.

• Full-time position.

• Monday to Friday working pattern.

• Morning and afternoon shifts, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.

Key Duties

• Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.

• Perform manufacturing and assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions and process aid sheets.

• Maintain required daily output.

• Run manual and semi-automated equipment and ensure production targets are met.

• Work with team leads, engineers, supervisors and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

• Carry out other duties as assigned and participate in quality activities, training sessions and employee activity teams as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production or warehousing positions is essential.

• Previous cleanroom experience is ideal.

• Comfortable wearing full cleanroom PPE and following working guidelines.

• Own transport is ideal due to the working hours and location.
