Administrative Assistant

Bridgwater | £13.50 per hour | 37 Hours per Week | Temporary | Minimum 5-Month Contract

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support general administrative tasks within production, order processing and finance in Bridgwater.

This is a minimum five-month contract with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate. Immediate starts are available.

What We Offer

• £13.50 per hour.
• Minimum five-month contract with potential for permanent employment.
• Monday to Thursday, 8am-4:30pm.
• Friday, 8am-1pm.
• 37 hours per week.
• Early finish on Fridays.
• Immediate start available.

Key Duties

• Provide administrative support to the Senior Financial/Accounts team.
• Enter sales orders accurately onto the internal system.
• Run and maintain the in-house daily order system.
• Process credit notes and supplier invoices.
• Support other areas of the business when required.
• Progress into additional responsibilities as experience develops.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
• Experience in credit control is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Good team-working skills and a flexible approach.
