Introduction

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account management, customer success, or recruitment professional to manage and develop a key client account. You'll play a vital role in building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and supporting business growth in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Duties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts and key stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact, delivering a responsive and high-quality service.
• Develop a strong understanding of the client's business, workforce requirements, and future hiring plans.
• Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates into suitable roles.
• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring candidates are fully compliant and ready to start.
• Provide ongoing support to workers on assignment, acting as their first point of contact.
• Identify opportunities to improve service levels, increase engagement, and grow the account.
• Resolve client queries professionally, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, data protection requirements, and company processes.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using CRM and ATS systems.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, customer success, client services, operations, recruitment, or a similar customer-focused role.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable analysing data and producing client reports.
• Experience within recruitment, workforce solutions, or staffing is advantageous but not essential.
