Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Assembly / Production Operatives to join one of our well-established manufacturing clients in Llansamlet.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for work in production, assembly, manufacturing, or factory operations, with regular weekday hours and overtime available.

Key Duties

• Carry out assembly tasks, including product labelling.

• Complete general production and manufacturing duties.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.

• Complete production paperwork, including filing and record logging.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.

• Support other departments as required to meet production targets.

Requirements

• Previous production, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is beneficial.

• Willingness to work overtime when required.

• Confident with basic Maths and English.

• Able to read and write basic English.

• Comfortable standing for long periods and carrying out manual handling tasks.

• Flexible, reliable, and willing to work across different production areas.

• Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
