Project Coordinator | Project Administrator | Construction Fit Out Coordinator

Near Swindon | £28,000 per annum + Bonus | Full-time | Monday to Friday | Permanent | Hybrid Working (3 Days Home / 2 Days Office)


Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing construction fit-out team based near Swindon.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in project management, or build on existing experience within a fast-paced retail fit-out and project coordination environment supporting major retail brands.

Working closely with Account Managers, Project Managers, suppliers and customers, you will provide essential coordination support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, materials arrive on time, and customer expectations are met.


Key Duties

  • Act as the main point of contact for Account and Project Managers regarding freight and logistics movements.

  • Coordinate between suppliers, internal teams and customers to ensure efficient delivery.

  • Track stock movements from China, Europe and the UK.

  • Ensure materials arrive on site on time and to specification.

  • Provide transport quotes and liaise with stakeholders as required.

  • Maintain and update stock records using Microsoft Excel.

  • Support the delivery of retail fit-out and installation projects.

  • Work closely with multiple departments to meet customer expectations.

  • Communicate effectively across supply chain and logistics channels.

  • Provide administrative and project support across multiple accounts.


Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.

  • Organised, proactive and detail-oriented approach.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Previous experience within logistics, supply chain or project coordination is desirable but not essential.

  • Willingness to learn and develop within the business.
