Print Operator

March, Cambridgeshire | 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm / 10am-6pm | Permanent | Full-time

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Print Operator on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in March, Cambridgeshire. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with ink or print-based experience to join a growing and innovative team.

Key Duties

• Dispense ink in line with daily production plans.

• Manage press returns and organise them by colour clusters.

• Place weekly material orders and book deliveries using the internal management system.

• Maintain accurate stock records and prepare for month-end counts.

• Replenish materials and ensure the ink area complies with hygiene and quality standards.

• Support colour correction, troubleshooting and production trials.

• Maintain colour measurement equipment and produce KPI reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience with ink, colour matching or print-based machinery is preferred.

• Excellent colour vision and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments.
