  • Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently.

  • Visually and physically inspect components against engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Ensure parts meet required tolerances and quality standards.

  • Prepare components for downstream processes such as anodising, coating, plating, or painting.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and finish.

  • Record completed work and report any non-conforming parts.

  • Maintain accurate production records.

  • Adhere to 5S standards and maintain a clean, organised work environment.

Requirements
  • Previous experience within manufacturing, engineering, assembly, deburring, finishing, or mechanical environments.

  • Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.

  • Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
