Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a busy site in the Honiton area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader looking for a long-term position within a production environment.

Key Duties:

• Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure products meet quality and client specifications.
• Maximise efficiency across production lines.
• Follow and promote all health, safety, and quality standards.
• Complete paperwork and production systems accurately.
• Act as a role model for best practice across the site.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Team Leader role within production or food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Ability to make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
