Exeter | £17.20 per hour + overtime | 6 am - 2 pm / 6 am - 6 pm | Friday to Monday | Temporary to Permanent | Weekend manufacturing role within a global aerospace environment.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Weekend Production Operatives to join Howmet Aerospace in Exeter. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern manufacturing environment producing high-spec aerospace components.

Key Duties:

• Work within fast-paced production environments.
• Carry out hands-on manufacturing tasks.
• Operate within hot or cold industrial environments depending on department.
• Follow all quality and safety procedures.
• Support the production of aerospace components.

Requirements:

• Reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to carry out physical, hands-on tasks.
• Comfortable working in industrial environments.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential.
