This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment account management or managing demanding customer accounts.

Key Duties

• Deliver exceptional customer service to fulfil contractual client requirements.

• Source, vet and match candidates to suitable job opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client managers.

• Provide and present management information.

• Ensure full adherence to legal and contractual requirements.

• Support weekly payroll and other administrative tasks when required.

• Maintain an on-site presence at the client site, liaising with the client as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment account management or managing busy customer accounts.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Flexibility to be on-site and work in our branch.

• Flexibility with occasional weekend working as required.

• Out-of-hours phone responsibility.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
