Key Duties

This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant role, and you will be responsible for:

• Using sales skills to grow your Driving division desk.

• Developing business with new and existing clients.

• Servicing clients and fulfilling their recruitment needs.

• Sourcing and vetting candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities.

• Registering candidates in line with procedural, legislative and customer requirements.

• Building relationships with candidates and clients.

• Responding quickly to clients' recruitment needs.

Requirements

• Strong recruitment experience.

• Ability to balance business development and filling vacancies.

• Commercially minded and customer focused approach.

• Confidence in building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
