Key Duties

• Assemble and pack products ready for dispatch.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Move materials around the factory.
• Load sheets of metal onto a paint line (up to 20kg).
• Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.
• Work safely in line with company health and safety procedures.
• Maintain quality standards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Previous manual, manufacturing, production, assembly, or factory experience is beneficial.
• Good practical skills and ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and production processes accurately.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills and understanding of English.
• Commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.

Shift Patterns & Pay Rates

First Shift

• Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm.
• £12.90 per hour.

Second Shift

• Monday to Friday, 3pm-11pm.
• £16.13 per hour.

Night Shift

• Sunday to Thursday, 11pm-7am.
• £17.20 per hour.
