Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives and Machine Operatives for our client based in Willand, near Tiverton. Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality metal composite wall and roof panels.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Operative, Machine Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Warehouse Operative, or Assembly Operative looking for a long-term role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a growing manufacturing business.

Key Duties

• Operate a range of production and metalworking machinery.
• Monitor machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
• Carry out quality checks and report any issues promptly.
• Follow all health and safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Support the wider production team to ensure customer deadlines are achieved.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Production Operative, Machine Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Warehouse Operative, or similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn and develop new manufacturing skills.
