Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Build Cleaners to carry out final cleans on a new build development, preparing flats for handover.

Key Duties

• Carrying out high-standard cleans on newly built flats.

• Cleaning designated areas including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors, skirting boards and internal surfaces.

• Ensuring each property is presented to a handover-ready standard.

• Reporting maintenance issues or damages to site managers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in new build cleaning is preferred.

• Ideally, candidates will have their own cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Reliable work ethic.
