Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Stores Person to join a leading aerospace manufacturer in South Molton.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Stores Person, Warehouse Operative, Stores Operative, or Stock Controller looking to build a long-term career within the aerospace manufacturing industry. Key Duties

• Issue parts against authorised material requests.
• Receive and check incoming components against delivery documentation.
• Maintain full traceability of all stock and materials.
• Move parts safely into and out of the stores area.
• Issue and despatch transfer orders to other warehouse locations.
• Carry out stock checks and cycle counts in line with company procedures.
• Ensure all stock is stored and managed in accordance with company standards.
• Use the company's computerised stock control and MRP system accurately.
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Stores, Warehouse, or Stock Control role.
• Experience within aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or another regulated industry is desirable.
• Experience using a computerised stock control or MRP system.
• Good numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Working Hours

Day Shift

• Monday to Thursday: 8am-4:45pm.
• Friday: 8am-12pm.
