Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting Production Machine Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Chard.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Production Machine Operatives, Machine Operatives, Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives, Factory Operatives and Machine Operators looking to join a well-established manufacturing business. Key Duties

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and consistent output.
• Use hand-held tools and equipment safely and effectively during the manufacturing process.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report faults when required.
• Follow production schedules and work towards daily production targets.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Production Machine Operative, Machine Operative, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Machine Operator or within a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
• Experience using hand-held tools is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Positive attitude with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
