Introduction

Key Duties:

• Reviewing juniors' preparation work and providing support and guidance.

• Reviewing accounts prior to partner sign-off and helping prepare information for client meetings.

• Preparing accounts for more complex clients from well-maintained digital records.

• Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, handling routine queries and building strong relationships.

• Managing your own block of clients, including workflow, WIP, billing and general file ownership alongside the partner.

• Growing into the role with opportunities for progression.

Requirements:

• At least two years' accounting experience.

• Practice experience preferred.

• Confident reviewing accounts and supporting junior staff.

• Strong communication skills and a genuine, client-focused approach.

• Friendly, reliable and keen to be part of a supportive team.
