Acorn by Synergie is proud to be recruiting on behalf of Rittal CSM, a market-leading manufacturer based at Broadley Park Industrial Park, Roborough, Plymouth.

Key Duties:

• Assemble and pack products ready for dispatch.

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Move materials around the factory.

• Load sheets of metal onto a paint line up to 20kg.

• Follow production schedules and meet targets.

• Work in line with health and safety procedures.

• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Strong eye for detail.

• Manual or manufacturing work experience.

• Good practical skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and processes accurately.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Good communication skills and understanding of English.

• Commitment to health and safety.

Shift Patterns & Pay Rates

First Shift

• Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm.

• £12.90 per hour.

Second Shift

• Monday to Friday, 3pm - 11pm.

• £16.13 per hour.

Night Shift

• Sunday to Thursday, 11pm - 7am.

• £17.20 per hour.
