Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer to join an engineering business based in Cullompton. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with experience in sheet metal fabrication and CNC programming to become part of a busy and supportive manufacturing team.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machinery, working from technical drawings and customer specifications to produce high-quality sheet metal components.

Essential Experience & Skills
* Previous experience as a CNC Programmer
* Proficient in SolidWorks
* Experience using RADAN
* Strong background in sheet metal fabrication
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
