Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator based in Croespenmaen, Crumlin.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable and organised individual looking to join a busy and supportive warehouse team.

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00.
• Friday: 08:30 - 16:00.
• £12.71 per hour.

Key Duties:

• Raising and processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handling inbound and outbound queries from customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Providing general administrative support across warehouse operations.
• Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor with day-to-day tasks.
• Scheduling deliveries and collections to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience essential.
• Warehouse or logistics administration experience beneficial.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
