Crediton | £15.62 per hour + weekend uplifts (£27.34 Saturdays, £31.24 Sundays) | 24/7 rotating shifts | 4 days on, 3 days off | Full-time

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for experienced Warehouse Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team in Crediton. This is a hands-on role focused on forklift operation within a production environment.

Key Duties:

• Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods from vehicles.
• Move stock within warehouse and racking areas.
• Prepare orders for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Proven experience in warehouse and forklift operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern, including days, nights, and weekends.
