Scunthorpe| 12 hours per day | Monday - Saturday| 6am - 6pm (can work 6 days per week or have one weekday off but work every Saturday)

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Material Handler Operator to join their client's busy scrap metal operation in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled operator to secure long term / ongoing contract with with a reputable employer.

Key Duties:

• Operate material handling machines such as Sennebogen, Fuchs, or Liebherr.
• Safely move, sort, and process scrap and recycling materials.
• Conduct daily checks and basic maintenance on machinery.
• Work as part of a team to meet site productivity targets.

Requirements:

• Valid NPORS or CPCS qualification for wheeled 360 excavator operation.
• Proven experience operating material handlers in a recycling or scrap environment.
• Ability to work safely and follow site procedures.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work Monday - Saturday

What We Offer:

• CIS / Umbrella Rate: £22 per hour Monday to Friday, £27 per hour Saturday
• Monday - Saturday
• Immediate start available.
