Travel Coordinator

Swansea | £12.82 - £13.50 per hour | Monday-Friday | 37.5 hours per week | Temporary (initially until August 2026)

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is supporting a Swansea-based company with a temporary Travel Coordinator role. This position will provide administrative and travel booking support to staff within the office. While the initial contract runs until August 2026, there may be opportunities for extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Duties

• Manage travel bookings using corporate travel agents and online platforms such as Trainline and Booking.com.

• Prepare documents and contracts using existing templates, including employment agreements.

• Upload certificates and documentation into CrewSmart.

• Provide general administrative support to the office team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in corporate travel booking.

• Strong admin experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
