Synergie Proxi offers three distribution models to meet your company's needs for high-volume recruitment.
Your dedicated Synergie Proxi Start team will support you on-site in managing temporary staffing:
- Recruitment volume: 15 to 35 Full Time Equivalents (FTEs)
- Implementation: to be defined together
- On-site presence: the recruiter works part-time in a temporary office and also works at the Synergie agency
- Recruitment location: at a Synergie agency
Your dedicated Synergie Proxi Plus team brings its expertise to your establishment:
- Recruitment volume: from 35 Full Time Equivalents (FTE)
- Implementation time: 4 to 6 weeks
- On-site presence: the recruiter is based on-site full-time (except during recruitment activities) in a dedicated office connected to the Synergie information system
- Recruitment location: on-site and at partner employment agencies
Your Synergie Proxi Campus team is importing a dedicated multi-site agency:
- Recruitment volume: from 50 Full-Time Equivalents (FTE)
- Implementation time: 4 to 6 weeks
- On-site presence: the recruiter sets up at least one office in a dedicated space connected to the information system. Divide their time between several sites
- Recruitment location: on-site and at partner employment agencies
