Production Operatives - Rotating Shift Pattern

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Operatives in Ilfracombe, North Devon. Key Duties:

• Manufacture filters using operating machinery and hand assembly of medical devices.
• Assist in the full life cycle and production of medical grade filtration devices.
• Carry out both visual and manual quality checks of all medical devices produced to ensure fit for purpose.
• Complete audited pharmaceutical paperwork accurately (approximately 50% of the role).
• Box and package products.
• Always adhere to clean room procedures.

Requirements:

• Outstanding attention to detail, a common-sense approach and great interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and support the team to achieve targets.
• Excellent standard of written and spoken communication.
• High levels of dexterity.
• Ability to stand for full shift minus 2 x paid breaks.
• No prior experience required.

  • Afternoon shift: Monday-Thursday 3.45pm-11.45pm, Friday 2.45pm-9.45pm.
