Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Sales Assistant to join a busy store in Bath. This is an opportunity to deliver excellent customer service while supporting store operations and sales.

Key Duties:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, engaging, and assisting customers.

• Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations.

• Work towards achieving KPIs and personal sales targets.

• Process payments, customer orders, and reservations accurately.

• Support stock management and maintain shop floor merchandising standards.

• Ensure high standards are maintained on the shop floor and in back-of-house areas.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:

• Positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills.

• Team player with a proactive approach to work.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

• Willingness to learn; full training will be provided.
