Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Removals Person to join a family-run removals company in Barry. This role involves supporting residential and commercial moves, working as part of a team to ensure safe handling, transport, and storage of items.

Key Duties:

• Carry out removals at both residential and commercial properties.

• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.

• Support warehouse operations when not on removals.

• Follow company procedures to ensure items are moved with care.

• Provide excellent customer service while on-site.

Requirements:

• A good level of physical fitness, as manual handling is a key part of the role.

• Previous removals or manual labour experience preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Flexible approach to working hours.

• Punctual, reliable and a strong team player.

What We Offer:
