Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is looking for several Groundworkers to complete pothole repairs across Gloucestershire.

Key Duties

• Experience in highway maintenance and repairs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety.
• Follow health and safety procedures and wear full PPE.

Requirements

• Proven groundwork experience within highway maintenance and repairs.

• CSCS card and Street work tickets.

• Reliable, consistent, and strong work ethic.

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly rate: £20/£22 per hour (CIS available depending on tickets)

• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am -4:30pm

• Tools provided at site

• Possible long term work available after first phase is complete
