About the Role

Acorn by Synergie is proud to be supporting a specialist contractor on a major long-term project in Port Talbot. We're currently looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Plant & Vehicle Marshal to join the team on site.

This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work in a stable role with a company that values safety, teamwork, and professionalism.

Key Duties

• Direct and manage site traffic safely and efficiently.
• Ensure clear access to and from site entrances at all times.
• Support the wider site team with basic duties when traffic flow is minimal.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, workers, and supervisors to maintain safety on site.

Requirements

• Valid Traffic Marshal / Plant & Vehicle Marshal qualification - CPCS preferred; NPORS with CSCS logo accepted.
• Strong understanding of site safety and communication protocols.
• Previous experience working on construction or building sites.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport due to site location.
• Full PPE required.
