Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is seeking reliable Labourers to support various construction projects in and around Pencoed. This temporary role offers steady weekday work within a supportive site environment.

Key Duties

• Assist building trades as required.

• Move materials safely and efficiently.

• Clean and maintain construction areas.

• Support the Site Manager and wider team with general site duties.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS card.

• Experience working on commercial projects.

• Full PPE.

• Two construction-based work references.
