Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Sealant Applicators on behalf of a well-established family-run construction company. With over 40 years' experience, the company is one of the largest sealants specialists in the UK, operating across England, Scotland, and Wales. Several full-time roles are available, including Reading, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Monmouthshire, London, and Bristol. This role involves travelling within your allocated region to deliver high-quality sealant installation.

Key Duties

• Drive to sites within the allocated region, possibly visiting multiple locations per day.

• Professionally install sealants internally and externally.

• Adhere to construction site rules.

• Follow the scope of works and company method statements.

• Work from ladders, scaffolding, and MEWPs.

• Comply with health and safety legislation and company H&S policy.

• Record material usage and provide accurate stock takes.

• Complete daily logs including plant and vehicle check records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sealant application or a similar field.

• Practical and good with your hands.

• Keen eye for detail.

• Full UK driving licence and willing to travel.

• Self-motivated with a keen interest in learning new skills.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, polite, honest, and reliable.
