Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Sealant Applicators on behalf of a well-established family-run construction company. The company specialises in sealants and surface repairs and operates from seven offices across England, Scotland and Wales. Several new opportunities are available across the UK, including Plymouth, Milton Keynes, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Monmouthshire, and London.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple sites per day as required.

• Professionally install sealant internally and externally.

• Adhere to construction site rules and follow scope of works.

• Work from ladders, scaffolding, and MEWPs.

• Comply with health & safety legislation and company H&S policy.

• Follow company method statements.

• Record material usage and provide accurate stock takes.

• Complete daily logs including plant and vehicle check records.

Requirements

• Practical and good with hands.

• Keen eye for detail.

• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic.

• Polite, honest, and reliable.

• Willingness to learn new skills.

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
