Digital Services Lead

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Digital Services Lead to join a growing organisation operating across the South West.

This client-facing role will drive efficiency, automation, compliance, and continuous improvement across digital services, while supporting cloud accounting migrations and client onboarding projects.

Key Duties

• Deliver cloud accounting migrations to Xero and QuickBooks Online.

• Manage client onboarding and process improvement projects.

• Implement automation and digital solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Support and mentor team members.

• Maintain high standards of data quality, compliance, and documentation.

• Work with stakeholders to scope, deliver, and review digital projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with Xero and QuickBooks Online.

• Proven project management and client-facing experience.

• Strong knowledge of cloud accounting, system migrations, and automation.

• Relevant certifications desirable.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Excel skills preferred.

• Professional services experience preferred.
