Administrator - Internal Support
Barnstaple, Devon | Competitive | 8:30am - 5pm | Monday - Friday | Permanent
Introduction
Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join their Internal Support team. Reporting to the Department Team Lead, this role involves providing efficient administrative support while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Duties:
Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries.
Assisting with delivery tracking, stock availability, and lead times.
Managing customer returns and processing credit notes.
Supporting Non-Conformance Reporting.
Assisting with quotations, sales and purchase order processing.
Processing customer payments.
Managing the department inbox.
Providing general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Good attention to detail and numeracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
