General Labourer

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an experienced General Labourer to join our client's team in Lydney on a long-term, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established and safety-conscious site, supporting ongoing operations.

Key Duties

• Assisting with daily site operations and supporting trades as required.

• Carrying out pre-work checks and keeping work areas clean and organised.

• Handling materials and equipment safely.

• Following all site health and safety procedures.

• Reporting hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a general labouring or similar role.

• Good understanding of on-site health and safety practices.

• Comfortable with manual handling tasks.

• Proactive, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.

• Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.

• Valid CSCS card (desirable).

• Additional site tickets such as manual handling or first aid (desirable).
