About the Role

Acorn by Synergie is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our well-established client for a talented Ecommerce Executive to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-driven, and passionate about online retail. You will play a key part in managing the day-to-day operations of the company's ecommerce channels, ensuring that product listings are accurate, orders run smoothly, and customers receive a first-class experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain product listings across multiple platforms, including Amazon, eBay, , and in-house systems.
  • Ensure product descriptions, imagery, pricing, and specifications are accurate and fully optimised.
  • Assist with promotions, discount codes, and new product launches.
  • Oversee the daily flow of online orders, identifying and resolving any order or system issues.
  • Liaise closely with the warehouse and fulfilment teams to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time.
  • Support inventory control by updating stock levels, carrying out audits, and ensuring website data remains current.
  • Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with policy.
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently, providing support on orders, returns, and website queries.
  • Audit the live site regularly to flag and resolve bugs, broken links, or content issues.
  • Monitor pricing to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
  • Assist in testing new features, integrations, and updates prior to launch.
  • Produce reports on sales, inventory, and site performance for the management team.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs).
  • Previous experience in an Ecommerce or B2C environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, analytical mindset.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X is desirable.
